Sabina Kelly is the new CEO of The National Association of Care & Support Workers

Sabina Kelly RN Ba (Hons) BSc (Hons) has been appointed as the new CEO of The National Association of Care & Support Workers, taking over the position from Karolina Gerlich, who was recently appointed as the executive director of the Care Workers Charity.
Sabina has been in the nursing profession for all her working life and throughout has worked in collaboration with the care sector. In 2017, Sabina became the Director of Operations of Right at Home and more recently as an Interim Manager for a care home. She said she found the experience had given her a greater insight into the care sector.
NACAS founder, Paul Featherstone, said “we are honoured and delighted that Sabina has accepted and will be the associations figurehead as our new CEO. Sabina is a highly respected healthcare professional and brings to NACAS a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from within both the health & social care sectors that will be an asset to our organisation as we continue our work in championing care workers and our wonderful vocation”.
